Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engaging with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and in community settings.

• Collaborating effectively with team members to create and advance shared objectives—using communication and planning skills to ensure unified progress towards patient care goals.

• Conducting evidence-based assessments and screenings that are developmentally appropriate, and coordinating for more detailed evaluations when necessary.

• Delivering a spectrum of prevention services, treatment interventions, and recovery support tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining a proactive role in safety by identifying, preventing, and reporting hazardous situations while following institutional safety procedures.

• Assisting in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring timely support and appropriate resource allocation for de-escalation.

• Managing a caseload that involves routine client assessments, therapy sessions (individual, group, family), and monitoring client progress throughout treatment plans.

• Completing necessary documentation and reports accurately and on time, contributing to program management and continuous quality improvement activities.

• Participating in on-call support duties during and after hours as required.
