Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with a diverse caseload of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders through teletherapy and community outreach.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and screenings to effectively identify client needs and potential interventions.

• Design, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that emphasize client empowerment and collaborative service linking with families and other providers.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms to promote mental health and recovery.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and intervention as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by actively participating in team meetings, committees, and ongoing training sessions.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, including the management of urgent client crises after hours.
