Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and detailed assessments to identify the specific needs of each child.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to meet the unique needs of children and support their families.

• Monitor and evaluate developmental outcomes as a proactive member of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to effectively enhance their child's development.

• Engage in coaching models and utilize natural environment teaching methods to promote learning in meaningful contexts.

• Collaborate with team members, including therapists and educators, to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.

• Document services rendered with precision and uphold high standards to guarantee the safety and well-being of the clients we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, encompassing a variety of challenges that impact their physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. By partnering with families, our LCSWs work directly to empower caregivers and enhance the developmental trajectory of children during their critical early years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure provided by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits\n
