Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Monitoring the child's progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and resources to families to enhance their child's development through evidence-based practices.
\n
• Building rapport with clients by creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
\n
• Utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to facilitate learning.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Continuously adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those in their early years. You will have the opportunity to work closely with families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that these young clients acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional domains, and communication, laying a strong foundation for their future development.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
