Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for each child's circumstances.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of intervention strategies and providing feedback to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Delivering coaching to families using evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to support child development.
\n
• Providing ongoing emotional support and guidance to families, educating them on resources and techniques to assist their child's growth.
\n
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety for both staff and children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants, toddlers, and their families who are facing challenges due to disabilities or developmental delays. Our target demographic includes children from diverse backgrounds, often requiring tailored, empathetic support to enhance their early developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication areas.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential in-home visits.
