Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and coordinating referrals to other healthcare or support services when appropriate.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring immediate access to necessary resources and support.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community service providers, facilitating holistic support networks.

• Document all services rendered in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring an accurate record of client care and liaison with other healthcare professionals.

• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to team meetings to enhance overall service delivery and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will primarily work with clients in a hospice center, providing essential emotional and psychological support to individuals facing terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
