Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services to assigned clients in both office and community settings, focusing on evidence-based practices to support individuals facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights to advance shared objectives and improve patient care strategies.

• Conduct thorough and developmentally appropriate assessments, with the capability to transition to more comprehensive evaluations when indicated.

• Maintain consistent documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and evaluation outcomes to fulfill organizational and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and action to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations.

• Serve critical roles in various committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and promoting quality improvement initiatives.

• Respond to on-call coverage requirements during and after program hours as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 70,000 and potentially reaching up to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
