Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-informed interventions to address major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that integrate mental health treatment with other health services, ensuring holistic support for each client.

• Conduct timely and thorough screenings and assessments, coordinating further evaluation or referrals as needed to facilitate continuous care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to client needs and focus on fostering empowerment and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and data submissions in accordance with agency policies and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, actively contributing to discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and treatment effectiveness.

• Address crisis situations promptly, providing interventions as necessary to ensure client safety and stabilization.

• Stay connected with community resources and external agencies to facilitate clients' access to additional services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
