Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with various mental health conditions, ensuring a therapeutic environment that promotes healing.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including evidence-based screenings and referrals for further assessments when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that consider the client’s mental health, social, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client needs and preferences.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as required to meet evolving goals.

• Team up with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and leveraging collaborative efforts to enhance care delivery.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and emotional support.

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of reports and data submissions related to client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at quality improvement and service delivery enhancements.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and agency protocols, advocating for client safety and effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with significant mental health issues, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. By understanding the cultural and social contexts of each client’s life, you will work to empower them through evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery plans that resonate with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical social work, preferably working with diverse and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
