Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a consistent caseload of clients while establishing rapport and positive working relationships, emphasizing professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, monitor stability, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Document client interactions, including progress notes and treatment modifications, following best practices for compliance and privacy.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, therapeutic goals, and immediate needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
