Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique needs and development goals.

• Collaborate with families to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each child.

• Regularly monitor and assess progress towards developmental milestones and make necessary recommendations in partnership with families.

• Provide ongoing support to families, offering information, resources, and skills to enhance their child’s development in real-life settings.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate learning and development.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations in practice delivery, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus encompasses children from birth to three years of age, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. Our LCSWs play a crucial role in supporting these children and their families, ensuring access to resources and promoting their overall well-being and growth during these formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure from the Florida Department of Public Health.
