Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prime Core Counseling Center, you will engage in a variety of essential functions:

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with family goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our work is on young children, particularly those who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our services are designed to support infants and toddlers during their critical early years, typically from birth to age three.
