This remote position allows you to perform therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining access to our hospice center resources. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans that reflect the cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population—particularly those coping with cancer diagnoses.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Prepare and document all clinical information, treatment records, and reports in a timely manner, utilizing current electronic health record systems and adhering to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop a comprehensive care plan that aligns with the patients' objectives and promotes engagement in their treatment process.

• Coordinate referrals for additional services and maintain effective relationships with external service providers to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Actively participate in educational efforts by mentoring students, interns, and new staff, contributing to workforce development and the sharing of best practices.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in peer reviews, contributing to the positive growth of the team and the professional development of team members.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
