Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pyramid Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for each client.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Utilizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document sessions, manage client information, and ensure seamless communication with support staff.
\n
• Participating in virtual supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care and outcomes for clients, including participating in professional development activities and training sessions.
\n
• Handling crises efficiently and effectively, while providing a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and minority populations. Experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues is preferred as we aim to provide inclusive support tailored to various identities and experiences. Your role will directly influence positive mental health outcomes and emotional resilience in clients.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
\n
• A current and active LCSW license to practice in Florida.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Capability in providing psychotherapy to adult clients aged 18 and older.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance to ensure compliance and client protection.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Demonstrable experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Familiarity with men’s mental health issues.

• Prior experience interfacing with minority and diverse populations to ensure culturally competent care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
