Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide therapeutic interventions via telehealth, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adherence to ethical and compliance standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings to share insights and best practices.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment interventions systematically.

• Facilitate client referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Active LCSW license in the State of Florida.

• Professional malpractice insurance is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing psychotherapy to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
