Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy that facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to develop and execute coordinated care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring comprehensive documentation of treatment and progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that provide clients with the tools they need to cope with life’s challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
