This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing flexibility to provide exceptional care and services from the comfort of your home while maintaining regular communication with our supported detox center. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will engage in collaborative approaches and innovative practices tailored to meet the individual needs of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of young children to gauge their developmental status and identify areas for support.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized family service plans (IFSPs) to address the specific needs of children and their families.
\n
• Engage with families to create joint plans that are informed by evidence-based practices suited to each child's development and family priorities.
\n
• Utilize natural environment teaching techniques and coaching models to deliver effective Early Intervention (EI) support.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations ensuring the safety and health of the clients and staff.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and their families to foster a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship, promoting a healthy learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children aged 0-3 years who have disabilities or developmental delays. Your role is crucial in providing the identified children with the necessary tools and strategies to enhance their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. By partnering with families, you will help create supportive environments that contribute to the overall developmental outcomes for these young clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must possess a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
