Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients in therapy.

• Regularly monitor client progress, reassessing treatment strategies and plans as required to ensure effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing calm and effective strategies to support clients in distress.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community service providers to create a network of support.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of all services provided, adhering to organization and regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in quality assurance initiatives, clinical meetings, and ongoing training to enhance professional development.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and comprehensive treatment plans that meet all aspects of a client’s well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
