Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a range of clinical services through individual, group, and family therapy, enabling clients to manage their mental health effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, focusing on each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based brief interventions and facilitate access to a network of supportive services, including community resources.

• Engage in crisis intervention, working collaboratively with clients in crisis situations to stabilize and develop action plans for ongoing care.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all client interactions, ensuring timely completion of reports and facilitating seamless communication among team members.

• Monitor client progress by regularly reviewing treatment effectiveness and modifying care plans as necessary.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to share insights and improve service delivery within the organization.

• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring clients have access to care beyond standard hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a current LCSW license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
