Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a direct clinician for assigned clients, addressing symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through evidence-based interventions.

• Establish a positive and trusting relationship with clients while demonstrating a commitment to a collaborative and effective team environment.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and facilitate comprehensive assessments as needed, tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to a range of services, ensuring ongoing communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide brief, focused treatment and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to address presenting challenges.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts and respond to urgent needs as indicated.

• Maintain accurate documentation for client meetings, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Monitor client admission, treatment continuity, and discharge criteria, ensuring that each client receives timely and appropriate care.

• Participate in committees aimed at evaluating and improving service delivery and quality within the agency.

• Contribute to on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, helping to ensure coverage and accessibility for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
