Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique life situation and mental health challenges.

• Implement various psychotherapy methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on client feedback and therapeutic progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate the best care strategies for clients.

• Engage in regular peer reviews and case consultations to continuously improve treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n
