Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empower Strength, you will:

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for couples and families, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses relational dynamics and individual concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on various challenges such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as needed, ensuring that each client's unique struggles are addressed effectively.

• Document progress and modifications in treatment strategies, adhering to clinical best practices, and utilize our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system for tracking patient progress.

• Educate clients on psychological concepts and coping strategies that promote healthier relationships and emotional regulation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on couples, families, and individuals experiencing diverse issues including job stress, separation and divorce adjustments, maternal conflicts, and challenges associated with blended families. Your work will aim to foster emotional intelligence and strengthen support systems within families, contributing to lasting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

While newly licensed LMFTs are welcome to apply, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
