Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients and families, conducting therapy sessions that emphasize collaboration and trust. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-depth assessments and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family’s needs.

• Conducting both joint and individual therapy sessions to address various interpersonal and emotional issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address challenges related to:

• Alcohol abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and tensions
\n
• Job-related stressors
\n
• Medical issues impacting family dynamics

• Blended families and the challenges of remarriage

• Separation, divorce, and their associated adjustments
\n
• Mother-daughter conflicts and communication difficulties

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
