Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments, engage in brief therapy sessions, and perform crisis evaluations to determine the immediate needs of patients.

• Utilize effective phone triage methods when communicating with patients, ensuring timely referrals to appropriate services within our healthcare network.

• Interview and evaluate patients for their psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, tailoring your approach based on their unique life situations.

• Deliver mental health services, including individual and family therapy, catering to patients with mild to moderate mental conditions, and implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.

• Create and regularly update personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices, ensuring that treatment goals are met efficiently and empathetically.

• Participate in ongoing safety programs and fulfill other responsibilities as directed, potentially engaging in emergency response assignments when required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
