Key Responsibilities\n

• Join forces with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and wellness coaches, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring that each individual experiences measurable improvement in their mental health.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods and therapeutic modalities to promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), free from suspension or probation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
