Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and providing tailored therapeutic interventions for couples and families. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, including individual sessions as needed, to address relational dynamics.

• Working actively with families dealing with challenges such as grief, conflict, job stress, and adjustment issues related to family transitions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address complex issues such as blended family dynamics, substance abuse, and communication barriers.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of challenges such as:

• Alcohol abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n

Your therapeutic approach will focus on strengthening relationships and facilitating healthy communication within families, thereby improving overall life satisfaction and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
