Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health conditions to establish accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 client visits each week, providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups to support their mental health and personal development.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, updates, and sessions according to organizational policies, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

• Actively collaborate with case managers, families, and other allied professionals to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower clients, enhancing their ability to achieve personal goals and fostering resilience.

• Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and secure environment, while also addressing any concerns that may arise.

Your clients will encompass a broad range of individuals, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
