Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand patient backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
\n
• Specializing in addressing a variety of relational and mental health issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to major life transitions like separation and divorce.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and aspirations of each patient while monitoring progress and adapting therapy approaches as necessary.

• Documenting therapy sessions and patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support across the healthcare spectrum.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients. Your primary focus will be on couples and families, including children and adolescents. The complexity of the issues faced by our clients, including familial conflicts, blended family dynamics, and transitions from divorce, requires a therapist who is empathetic, skilled, and adept at navigating sensitive topics. Your insights will be critical in empowering these families to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care with a focus on clinical excellence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
