This position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining regular engagement with both clients and colleagues. However, therapists may occasionally utilize our outpatient office located in Hillsboro for in-person sessions when appropriate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic criteria, addressing the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy to create tailored therapeutic experiences.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, whether individual or group, effectively promoting communication skills and healthy relationship dynamics among participants.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive service delivery for clients.

• Keep accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring a high level of client confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and feedback, continually enhancing your clinical expertise.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, ensuring the safety and support of clients during critical situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon is required.
