Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their therapeutic needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth and in-person formats as needed.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client sessions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples facing marital issues, families managing interpersonal conflicts, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon. Other licenses such as LCSW or LPC will also be accepted.

• A demonstrated ability to provide therapy to individuals and families, reinforcing your competence and confidence as a therapist.

• Comfortable conducting counseling sessions via virtual platforms, alongside the readiness to provide in-person therapy as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
