Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions tailored to individual, couples, families, and group contexts, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy, with a focus on couples and family dynamics.

• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnostics and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
