Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT with Metro Psychotherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic support to clients facing a wide array of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief, and communication challenges.

• Crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's values, needs, and goals, while employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Establishing a safe and trusting environment to promote open communication between clients and therapists, which is crucial for effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Conducting regular assessments of client progress and modifying treatment strategies accordingly to ensure continual alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to support client care coordination, enhancing the overall therapy experience.

• Offering crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients in urgent need, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families in various stages of life. Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
