Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, allowing you to create a comfortable and productive work environment. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to identify challenges and formulate individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and circumstances, integrating various therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an approachable and effective therapeutic environment that encourages openness and healing.

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will specifically focus on couples and families looking to strengthen their bonds, develop healthier communication strategies, and navigate challenging life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current LMFT license in Oregon is mandatory; candidates holding LPC or LCSW licenses will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
