Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, developing individualized diagnoses and tailor-made treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups to enhance communication, understanding, and healthy relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate a multidisciplinary treatment approach for optimal patient care.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient information integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, supervision, and continuing education to continually enhance your clinical practice.

• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support and interventions as deemed necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples coping with emotional distress, children experiencing behavioral issues, and families facing systemic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon is required.
