This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexible working hours while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients facing various life transitions, mental health challenges, and relational issues. The focus will be on providing culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client. This position requires a deep commitment to collaboration with clients in setting therapeutic goals and fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, independent license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of relevant experience in therapy and care planning, with demonstrated success in clinical settings.

• Strong communication skills, particularly adept at engaging clients in a virtual therapy environment.

• Comfort with technology and familiarity with telehealth platforms and video conferencing tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in an outpatient mental health setting and familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy will be viewed favorably. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a robust benefits package.
