Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. You will connect with clients virtually, providing therapy in a safe and respectful environment. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and goals.

• Providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engaging in ongoing professional training and development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

• Conducting regular reviews of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n
