Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and couples counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay informed about the latest mental health trends to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team process, contributing insights and feedback to enhance client treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide emotional support and practical guidance to clients, helping them navigate their unique circumstances effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will support a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
