Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a wide variety of clients, from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to couples seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts. As a therapist, you will address complex family dynamics and facilitate therapy for families navigating transitions such as divorce or the addition of children, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of systemic issues affecting the clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in Oregon, with LCSW or LPC credentials also welcomed.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proficient in providing thoughtful, individualized care while effectively establishing a rapport with clients of various backgrounds.

• Experience and comfort in providing therapy through both traditional in-person methods and virtual sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
