Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families dealing with transitions, and couples seeking to strengthen their bonds. You will provide culturally competent care while addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments. Your contributions are vital in helping clients develop resilience and coping strategies to improve their overall mental health and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent (LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.

• At least two years of professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote environment, ensuring clear and empathetic interactions with clients.

• Proficient with online therapy platforms and electronic health record-keeping systems.

• Experience in facilitating online therapy sessions and utilizing remote client engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience.
