Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate regularly with colleagues during staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with team managers to enhance clinical practices and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Establish meaningful therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients and actively track their progress to facilitate accountability and growth.

• Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to ensure comprehensive client records and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on productivity.
