Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, creating tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique situations and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit clients’ circumstances.

• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development, including case consultations and group supervision sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and reduce clinician isolation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
