Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, leading the development of personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques aimed at fostering healing and resilience.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary to ensure clients are on the path to achieving their therapeutic goals.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empowerment Therapy and Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health disorders and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 115,000 – 130,000 based on experience and qualifications.
