Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of clients’ situations, strengths, support systems, and challenges.

• Facilitate sessions focusing on helping clients adjust to life changes, such as relationship issues, health challenges, and job-related stressors.

• Research and connect clients with community resources, including healthcare services, childcare, and food assistance programs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, grounded in current research and methodologies, to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Hope Horizon, you will primarily work with individuals and families affected by substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will specifically focus on enhancing family dynamics, providing couples therapy, and supporting clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. Your role is pivotal in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and embrace healthier relational patterns.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and family systems.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon, without any restrictions or disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in delivering mental health services with a strong commitment to ethical practice.
