Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic interventions that address specific issues, such as relational strains, substance abuse, and mental health disorders.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, implementing immediate support strategies to de-escalate situations involving acute distress.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on continuous assessment, feedback from clients, and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

• Engage in documentation and case management tasks with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance the collective treatment strategies for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Through our client-focused approach, we prioritize understanding and addressing the unique experiences of each client, facilitating their journey toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in psychosocial assessment and intervention, crisis management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Comprehensive understanding of human development and family dynamics across different life stages.
