Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized therapeutic services within the Behavioral Health Department, including leadership in program coordination and management.

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments for new clients, including diagnosing mental health conditions and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions effectively, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to a diverse client base.

• Engage actively in developing, implementing, and expanding community resources that promote preventive mental health services.

• Document all client interactions promptly by maintaining accurate progress notes, treatment summaries, and coordination of care documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
