Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans that reflect those needs and goals.

• Diagnose mental health disorders while developing and refining treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate therapy sessions across various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit the dynamics of each group.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, focusing on children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Lead and support parent support groups, specifically addressing concerns related to adoption, placement, and issues facing prenatally substance-exposed children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse clientele, including both adults and children. You will provide support to those of varied backgrounds and life situations, including individuals navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Currently possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in counseling and therapy, with a solid foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar healthcare environment.

• A background in telehealth services is highly desirable, including experience utilizing virtual platforms for therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
