Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine each client's mental health status and specific needs, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach.

• Facilitate therapy sessions across various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy settings, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
