Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere, equipped with the necessary technology to conduct therapy sessions seamlessly. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, focusing on providing exceptional care during the weekdays while allowing time for personal growth and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations on clients to facilitate an understanding of their mental health needs.
\n
• Lead therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each individual or couple's needs.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation regarding session notes and treatment plans within 24 hours of each session.
\n
• Collaborate with peers in case consultations to refine approaches and gain new perspectives on client care.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in accordance with organizational standards and applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adult individuals and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to support each client's journey towards improved mental health and relationship quality. By providing empathetic counseling and strategies, you will play an essential role in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is necessary for this role.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience working with a diverse adult clientele and expertise in couple's therapy is an asset.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
