Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions designed to empower clients by fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Support clients in processing and managing their emotions through structured conversations and therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and objectives.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health states and challenges, guiding the therapeutic direction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice independently in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without supervision.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in client-centered therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering connections and building rapport with clients in a virtual format.

• Competence with technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
