Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths, challenges, and treatment goals through interviews and clinical evaluations.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, adapting treatment approaches that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and collective healing among clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is personalized to address the unique circumstances and needs of the client.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care that supports client recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
